When will my Cheeky purchase get to me?
We work hard to get your custom product to you as soon as possible! You will receive notification when your order is accepted, processed and shipped. Times may vary due to distance and seasonal commerce issues. During the holiday hoopla, our orders might shimmy a bit slower, but trust us, the Cheeky magic is worth the wait!
Can I track my order?
Yes! You will be able to track your order through an email you receive once your Cheeky Ladybug product has shipped.
How do I clean and care for my Cheeky Ladybug products?

If my Cheeky product breaks, am I able to acquire a replacement?
If your item arrives broken, Cheeky Ladybug will make sure we arrange product satisfaction! We do not replace well used items that have worn over time.

To clean laserable leatherette items, you can use a damp cloth and mild soap. Rubbing alcohol will also work, especially for pen marks.
